I have a prob with my FH its color is dim sometimes and sometimes bright... Is that due to the water temp ?

Could be due to many things. Stress, temp, lighting....What is your temp set at? What is the color of your background? Pics?

Black or blue background with black sand or gravel and a good quality light will have huge effect. That's if your water is good and you feed good food.

In the picture he appears to be fine. If he gets dark, he's most likely a little stressed. He looks ok to me though.

We literally just got Humpy head 2 days ago as we have to order it. So I don't know how well it works for us yet. But we stick to Hikari Gold pellets and Cobalt Aquatics color enhancing flakes as our main diet. Try and stay away from live feeders unless your breeding them yourself.
One thing that will improve the hump is putting a mirror inside the tank. Ours go bonkers trying to attack it and this works for us.

Not needed. Our flower horn spawns 600+ eggs every 3 weeks. It's harder to get the male to fertilize and feeders will just keep them more aggressive and in my opinion less likely to pair.
