Best way *Only way imO* to keep flowerhorn with other fish in a big tank like your 180 is this- one big dominant male flowerhorn and about 10-20 large (preferably female) blood parrots.
The bp won't mess up your flowerhorn because of their small mouths, and if you have enough of them, the FH won't attack them because there are so many. The resulting power dynamic causes the FH to show his best head and colors. I have not had sucess keeping adult FH with tankmates any other way.
