Didn’t think you’d want catfish but I mentioned him because he actually was more personable than most cichlids I kept at the time. What about a pig nose puffer? A fish store I used to go to used to have one that no one ever bought and it would hide all day until someone came up to feed or look at him.
I’ve heard that they are extremely personable and can be trained like cichlids to eat out of your hands. Pretty sure a 55 for life would be more than enough
Puffers or blood parrot is a good one. Or most anabantoids.

Is it okay to play with daisy for like an hour?? I say this because I just found out he’s comfortable enough with me to chase after my finger and ram him kok into my fingers or hand and I’m losing track of time so should I stop myself right now before I end up doing it for the next hour or can I keep going lol
Yea I just played with him until he got bored of it and started digging in the rocks again. He’s let me touch his kok several times but still he’s skeptical about it.
