Flowerhorn help possible dropsy

This is the first time I ever deal with something like this my flowerhorn started with having bloat now his scales are looking weird help indentify if it's dropsy if so how can I cure him. Thanks in advance

Dang just can't catch a break with this fish!
If the scales are raised might be dropsy.

His fins are turning white could it be columnaris

Can’t tell if it’s dropsy on the pics. Don’t look like dropsy. But there’s something going on. Would suggest Epsom salt 1 tbsp per 5g. Kanamycin and furan2. My best suggestion.
