Flowerhorn ID (breed, body type, sex)

Bought him/her today for $30. Breed, body type, sex? Better pics tomorrow as he/she adjust better.

Sex: TOo young to tell. Body Type: Looks like a Shortbody. Type: A bit too young to really tell.

I'm willing to bet there is a good chance that it is a male. But this is just from what I'm seeing only. Nothing I will confirm yet.

No it's not a kirin/killin. It's definitely a SB/bonsai FH for sure.

If its male I want to breed it with my parrots to see if I can get kirins which I doubt.

There is no doubt in it, it is very possible to get kirins from breeding a bonsai with a parrot. To be honest, from some local breeders who I've talked to that have done this project of kirins mostly use bonsai and parrots. Some used the original body FH x Parrots but didn't seem to come out short enough to be considered a bonsai.
