Look like a kml and his gonna develop a good kok. Did u get rid of ur RES? Flowerhorn is aggressive per se but some pellets claims they add aggression on it but some people can chime on it. Feed more of a staple food like nls or hikari bio gold.

Looks like a SRD. I had one that wasn't aggressive at all. Mine was a wet pet in a 75 and never with other fish. Krill may help to bring color out. I fed mine pellets from Ken's, krill and blood worms.
