The tank he was in was a 90 gal. The smashing against tank issue is not the case i guess. He is all alone in there.
Also, the BENDING happened in just one day(well overnight actually).
I've also eliminated the ich part since i've seen ich on one of the cheap FH i had about two months ago. He died though.
He's now in a hospital tank. A big one enough for him to move around but also small enough to let him lean on the glass to to help him swim.
