Flowerhorn laying on one side and bent

I need urgent help and advice on this one.

It has been 4th day today and my flowerhorn has been sick.

Symptoms
1. Floating on top on the tank on one side and bent from center.
2. White mucus like layer forming on its body.
3. Stopped feeding and does not pass stool.

Treatments so far
1. Added diluted 1/3 Paraclear to the tank since 3rd day
2. Gave 10 mins Epsom salt bath today
3. Tonight added metron liquid to the tank
4. Temperatures maintain to 32

I have a 27 gallon tank with 1 flowerhorn in it. Let me know pls at The earliest

You've answered some of these. Imo, a few more answers like water parameters, tank and fish history would help along with a photo.
