Well case is closed, his back to 100%.. must of hit that eggcrate seriously hard. No more dividing flowerhorn tanks :S lol

Boy oh boy, duck lips can be every FH keeper nightmare as it is never something simple to treat. Keep your water temp in the lower 70s to reduce the spread that will make duck lips worst.
