That does look very similar. Just body type is different. What is a kml? Sorry I need the full fish name haven't heard that one before.

I see so this fish is most likely a cross consisting of two different types of Flowerhorns? I think its a nice looking fish
I think that it's a KAMFA MALAU strain and no cross strain of red Texas,but the body pattern looks slight similar.
Thanks for the input guys. Whatever kind of flowerhorn it is I think it is becoming a nice looking fish and I am very happy with the random purchase from one of my local fish stores which doesn't normally carry American Cichlids of any kind. I may update this thread again in the future with some updated pics as it grows.
