I came back from a trip and im seeing tiny white and barely visible moving things. If i look close they look like a sperm cell not joking they have a round body and very long slender tails. I thnk they are coming from my flowerhorn but if not i still want them out.

Can't know unless you can get a pic. I'm thinking anchor worms but I can't say I'm sure unless I see a pic.
 
Most likely planaria - they feed on organic matter & excessive nutrients but overall are harmless.

What you are seeing, is most likely planaria.
 
Are they on ur fish?

Planara is a result of excess food left in the substrate, are they the color of what u feed ur fish? Are they on ur fh?
