My flowerhorn was having white poops.I treated with metrozyl.No sign of white poop now but he has swollen stomach and it is increasing.He is not eating for 2 days and getting black.What should i do.Its urget.

What are you feeding? Any tankmates? What size tank
 
I feed hikari cichlid gold pallets nothing else.No tankmates.Flowerhorn size 4-5 inch.Tank size 30 gallon . planning to increase it soon

What kind of filtration is being used? It’s not too important but that size FH In a 30 is quite a bit for the filter to handle. The fish looks bloated but I’m not sure what from.
 
Was using sponge filter.But during medication i am only using air pump and and heater.Temperature 30°

What do you think should i do deworming or should i do treatment for bloating

kno4te kno4te , correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t metronidazole good for bloat

wait until kno4te can give better answers and for others to chime in, for now just turn lights off and do your best to not disturb the fish or causing any more stress.
