If you treated for worms and said you haven’t seen anymore white poop then you got rid of the worms ( I think)

I’d dose some epsom salt at 3 tbsp per 5g. Try re- feeding with some hex shield soaked in garlic or bloodworm juice.

Hard to say but the Epsom salt will help to reduce the swelling. Maybe get a appetite back.
