Yes I’m following thoes directions already. Also pet shop said it could have a big worm or worms of some sort in its stomach that I should try a parasite treatment and see if that helps. Because i explained that only big food makes it come out and it’s right after eating. Could have a full tummy of worms or worm.

Is this worth a try ? What do you think

IMO all flowerhorn should be dewormed shortly after being purchased. Levamisole is my de-wormer of choice (it treats round worms), unlike Praziquantel which is designed to treat tapeworms/flatworms.

Although I doubt that worms is the cause of this. The link I posted explained the how's and why of rectal prolapse. I've dealt with this in the past.
