Hey guys! I recently picked up a Flowernhorn from a local shop but I m not sure what type he is, maybe you could give me an opinion.
This is not my first one, I had 3-4 over the years but this is the most peculiar looking..
Has zero color despite being pretty large has the markings of male but kind of behaves like a female (from my experience)..also he hasn't got any neon blue (pears?) on him at all.
I wasn't planning on buying one but I saw him in a shop and he was being kept in a rather small aquarium with 3 red devils that were constantly picking on him..so i couldn't help myself...
What do you guys think?

It's definitely a different looking fish I'm not sure if it's a FH abut idk
 
FH seems to be a catchall name for any hybrid, with partial Amphiilphus.
And it looks like one to me, where (at least so far) the Amphilophine genes are prominent. I edited you pic a bit to gt a better look.

hmmm you might be right .. now that you mentioned it..kind of looks like a lyonsi
