I agree with everyone else, you'll need to remove the fish from the tank flip it and hold it upside down to get a nice upclose clear pic of the vent in order to properly sex the fish. Outward appearances can be very deceiving, I had a FH that I thought was male for the longest time, decided to figure out why it refused to breed with the female I had with it by venting it one day and found out he was actually a she.

It looks female based on the duller coloring (nice yellowing on the front half, by the way) and what I can see of the vent, but I think that doing a close-up shot of the vent (from the top, you'll see either a spike or two circular holes, male and female respectively.) would make it much easier.

Females can grow a hump.
Agreed, I personally have a female with a decent size kok already. Granted always thought it was male untill I vented it. Only problem with OP's FH is that it's just a tad bit too small to vent it and get an accurate ID on its gender atm.

Frankly if owner is happy with the fish, I don't see need to determine gender. Your fish hasn't laid any eggs yet, right?

Yeah none from my 2 girls that I've seen atleast but they aren't in very warm water either so I think that has a major factor in their egg production. I don't have a male atm so I've been keeping em in a bit cooler water (78°-80°F).
