Hi my flower horn is not eating and having skin loss please help

woah wrong section but you need to do a water change and add some salt for now. He lost his slime coat and is peeling off. This is not peeling known as fading. This is not good he might turn for the worst if you dont treat it. I'm not sure what he has but doesn't look good.

sorry to dig out a post that is soo long ago. was searching all over the web for an answer to the same issue which is happening to my Kamfa FH now.. is this really a fading situation or is the FH having some form of fungus infection?
