he's a super old fart, fins are all curled funny. ill try to snap some pics the next time im at his house, or ill see if he can snap some n email them to me. here's a video of him on youtube...

thats actually my female that i have in my 400gal now. but i had it in my friends tank with that male for over 6 months n they never produced fry. that male is very old n is very agressive towards tankmates cuz he was a solo specie for all his life. so i took her back after we realized they wouldn't produce.
Well - she was sure trying very hard to get his attention! Do you have a male to pair her with? Just got my first fh a few days ago (The Platinum, if you've seen my post) - Wonder how he will turn out.
males look way better imo, i didnt realize i had a female til she never grew a forehead, and then she started laying eggs in her tank by herself. i plan to try n mate her with a red devil jus cuz i want n orangeish fish with a metalic color in it, which is why im choosing a rd as a father.
