On sunday we have sports personality of the year in the UK, so what timing if Ricky wins. If he doesn't I hope that Calzaghe gets the award, We are crap in the UK for giving the award to muppets who havent won like Tim Henman. I will be gutted if Lewis Hamilton gets it as he hasn't won a title yet.

i'd prefer calzaghe to win the sports award but as you said some muppet who has won nowt will win it.

anyway i think the fight will be a close one with FM trying to stay at range but with hatton pushing and pushing.
FM for the first few round with RH coming on strong later on.
i just hope FM does not run away like he usually does and makes a fight of it.
 
yea mayweather does talk alot,but u have to think he does have bragging rights,he is pound for pound the best. My prediction is mayweather is gonna counter punch hatton and keep his distance to win the fight.If hatton wants to win he has to block mayweather off (cut him off)when he circles him.As a boxer my self,i think both are great fighters and it will be a very entertaining fight.

If he can keepto his game and keep hounding Mayweather it is ricky's for the takin. if he sits back and lets Mayweather jab and prance around him it will be a tuff nite. My Money is on Hatton
 
apparently the ring is a little on the large size favoring FM.
i just bought this fight and i am watching the so called undercard fights in the UK before the undercard fights in the US start.
its going to be a long night the hatton fight is on at 4am and its 00.40am now but i am still very awake.
 
Most likely go to Mayweather,he doesn't like fighting anybody who has a chance of beating him.

Ive been taking a break from boxing,it just doesn't thrill me like it used too, I'm just not feeling the charisma from the fighters that used to be there.Whereas before the big names in the sport where guys you could tell where doing something they loved nowadays I feel like they are only there to get their check and go home.

That being said I really wish mayweather and pacquiao had been featherweight at around the same time,it would've been an interesting fight.

And although it would possibly turn into more of a circus show than a fight sapp needs to fight tyson,LOL
