Flu shots?

I'm 29 and have never gotten a flu shot (that I can remember). Eat healthy, excercise and sleep a lot - is what I use to fight against the flu. Don't remember the last time I had the flu... probably when I was a little kid.

Flu shots are lame. Get sick at the beginning of the season, take a day or two off work, and be immune to the current strain for the rest of the year. A lot cheaper. And plus, you never fully appreciate your bath tub until you have the flu.

Bath tub as a precautionary in case you have to throw up while you're blowing up from the other end...Worst thing ever.

I think I got the flu shot once like 2 or 3 years ago, but I don't remember ever getting it other than that. I don't remember the last time I had the flu, I think I got it every year when I was little, but haven't gotten it since.

I plan on getting it soon...

I never used to get sick, but now that I have kids I get sick all winter from them being in daycare. The one year I got it, I felt great all winter. The two years I didn't get it I was more sick than I ever had been in my life.

I used to get sick every year ...I worked in a locker room handling OTHER peoples shoes....I dont work there anymore and I get a shot(2 of last 3 years)...havent been sick in last 3 years ,so .......:)

LOL, Morgellons... you must be talking about those new ITD's (internet transmitted diseases)...

Tho, I was thinking today, that if the flu-shot is developed from South-to-North; it probably would not have helped me, as I was traveling with a virus going East-to-West... hmmmm...
