I just sent off our application for Red Bull's Flugtag in Portland!


For those who don't know, Flugtag is a human powered flight contest. I am the "Project Engineer" and am responsible for the design and construction of our vehicle. If we get accepted (I'm thinking we will) I will post pix of the flyer.

I also race Davenports

Our town has a festival every summer called Homer Davenport Days. The Davenport Races are on Sunday, we push couches down Main Street. Our women's teams always do well (my wife is a pretty fast runner!) but our men's teams never seem to win...
