Flukes and scratching

So this is weird, I noticed one of my guys has flukes so I’m treating the tank and it already seems to be working. What’s weird is most of my peacocks n haps seem to be scratching/bouncing off my DW Hap.
Almost like they’re cleaning him. They’re not biting him and he sometimes even turns for them to get the right spot.
I’ve never seen cichlids, especially rifties clean each other. Has anyone else seen this?

Strange, never noticed that with any cichlid. Doesn’t seem at all like attack either. I guess worms count as food.
