Which pushes more H20? Which would you recommend (not which is better, they are both great brands), for a 45 gallon tank (i like to over filter)

Fluval 405 or a Ehiem 2217?

I have a 205 on my 30 planted and love it almost as much as my ehiems. I dont think you can make a wrong decision on that one. good options and overfiltering ftw
yeah i'm going we with the Fluval 405 and a Fluval U4 internal for filtering my new 45. Lot's of 4s... 
I just have to ask why the internal, the 405 is already overfiltration and it seems like those internal are more of a pain and money-waste with replacement cartridges and all that. Just curious, not questioning your judgement or anything.
I have had great success with the fluval internals. And it adds air to the tank with the air suction thing. Besides, I want more filtration that just the 405.

Oh, and i;ve never replaced a cartridge on any of my internals.

Yup, I'll take you out just give me a call when you get close. lol. I got my avatar about an hour from Fork. My biggest on fork is just over 8. and thanks for explanation on the internal.
