fluval 405

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
All you folks with fluval canisters that you're just planning to throw away, PM me and I will pay postage to put it to good use! I'm serious

I've never had a problem priming mine and most of the time I don't even need to use the priming lever. I don't find the maintenance on it hard either. But the loose impeller cover is annoying.

I'm pretty sure after every time I took it apart I'd spend forever getting all the air out, but I haven't touched it in over a year.

I just looked and realized I have a 206 though.

If you have trouble priming it just hook a pump to the intake best experiment I ever tried. Like I said earlier I broke the priming lever and really did not want to chunk the dam thing hooked a maxijet to the intake and now I'll never use the priming lever again

The best way to prime any cannister is with a shop vac.
