I have 3 german blue rams @tm. 2 I believe r paired and giving the other a hard time so I plan to get a few more. Maybe 2 or 3 more. My 30 gallon in the living room is just a little loud (filter noise, water splashing, etc..) anyways those fluval edge aquariums would match the style of my living room nicely. My question is. How many of these little guys can I put in the fluval edge 6 gallon. Planted some, few rocks, make it more like there natural enviroment. I know 6 gallons is weak and not a MFK size tank but it is what it is. Thanks. Verruckt...

Well hell I think my ram pair is breeding. There is eggs all over the place and both fish r staying around them. I have pics and videos ill try to upload the videos to youtube later. Its kinda blurry but the pics are crystal clear. I just don't know how to upload pics via cell phone. My computer is tore down @tm due to a basement remodel. If anyone can upload these for me pm me ur email and ill email them to you. Much thanks!

Yeah they r pricey but nicely styled. But if 6 gallon is to small then its to small. I'm going to let the pair do there thing a get a 10 gallon setup for a fry tank. I just dunno what to do with all the fry. I guess sell them on aquabid? That's assuming they hatch and don't get ate. I will have to get a few more adults tho because that one is just getting picked on and I feel sorry for him or her. Stays in the same spot of the tank while the others do as they please. I triedc to upload the video on youtube from my phone. But I had to go to work and canceled it. Ill try again later.

the only thing I would put in a fluval edge is some cardinals and/or a betta
That would be it.
Not being rude here, just they are very tiny for a ridiculous price.

^^^ I completely agree. I would own one if they were larger. Way too smal for even a blue ram pair.

Idea: if you have a 30 gallon and don't like the sound why not retrofit it and DIY a edge on your own? If it's a production tank it can't be that hard to build on your own.. ;)

The 6 gallon would make a nice fry tank for a short time though. I had a picky pair of GBR's before that would breed like crazy in a 5 1/2 gallon and then once they were done (about a week after being place in it) they could move back to the big tank and the eggs were left in the 5 1/2 until the fry were big enough.

Yeah I. Guess it would be hard to make ur own fluval edge knock off. Nice lookin tanks just small
