i had 6 but having a discussion with hagen on the MAP policy.

i believed mfk was a private group they seem to think its not.

but i believe i can just buy them from another dealer.....let you know when i get more
 
Hagen needs to stay out of a sellers business!! If you buy them and want to give them out for free, they should have nothing to say about that.

You had the best price available, stupid LFS that Hagen loves wants 399 for a stinking FLUVAL~!!!!!!!!!

they only want to control the advertised price....didnt seem that mfk posting was advertising :(

They take issue in that this could be considered price gouging.

I tried doing this a while back with New Life Spectrum and they wouldn't allow us to sell it below a certain price so that their other distributor's wouldn't have to lower their prices.

Seems reasonable enough to me, but saying MFK is advertising is stretching it.
