Doesn't look to have any more filtering power then the FX5. Maybe some improvements, prolly not worth buying until the pricing levels out.

Consumes 10% less energy than predecessor. And this 1 has baskets and no bypass. I dont think fx5 has baskets.

Not much more in the seapets link £224.99 for the fx6 and £214.95 for the fx5.

Looks like the FX6 actually has a little less circ then the 5
