Is this fungus? Should I add salt? Treatment recommendations please.

These guys are really susceptible to fungal infections. Alkaline water always prevented this when I kept FLTs. Using crushed coral as a substrate, or placing some in your sump will help prevent it. Saltwater dips will help get rid of the current fungus.
