Are you kidding? You think I could actually afford a Fly River Turtle?
First off, I think this tank is really FLY.
It has Jewels, which come from a RIVER in west Africa.
Combined with my TURTLE, a red-eared slider.
I also set the tank up with massive flow filtration so the tank has a strong 'circular' current, kind of like a river. The RES can't catch the Jewels or Giant Danios hes tanked with, so it makes for a really fun and enjoyable 90g tank.. Housing a RES with fish was always a goal of mine, and these guys do awesome togethor. There is a basking area in the left corner of the tank, on-top of the overflow box.. Also has the floating turtle log.
Hope this gives some people creative ideas on succesful ways of co-habitating herps and fish.
