would they be legal to sell, if you were an actual breeder in the us though?

How come my message in FRT got deleted again? its VERY OBVIOUS that they allow the sale in CANADA.. and Im showing the example, and not promoting the sales to people in the STATES. *SIGH!!!!* Im not even in THE US!

yes you can but if you want to do it the right way to actually make money you should microchip them with USFWS present but you would also want them to inspect you setup and see the eggs incubating so there would not be any doubt that they were captive bred believe me if mine ever lay eggs I am going to do everything possible to make them completely legit... and as far as the glofish go you can sell them just have to use there trade marked name sell them at there set price and give money to whoever owns the patent to make it legal to sell them... hey MIlk how big are your frt??? probally not big enogh to breed plus the female will need a sand beach to lay her eggs in also are you positive that you have male and female???? heres a pic to help sex them

it will be imposible to replicate a real beach you will have to use a ramp to a sand area please join my group and show pics of your FRT the link is my sig... I have designed my own breeding setup for them but since my females are not big enough have not started on it yet plus last time the females were with the male they beat him up pretty good many people have tried to breed them but there are only three cases that I know of and only one confirmed which was the berlin zoo. A friend of mine tried 6 or 7 of them in a large pond only to find one of his largest females with her whole bottom jaw ripped off by one of the others agression is a huge issue

My male is a light phase and his front right flipper is only about 80% there, he got cought in a pump
