If it’s possible to have legal Fly River turtles due to cites paperwork, then why isn’t it possible for Asian arowana to be imported into the USA?

Because a gov't agency is involved. If you want something totally screwed up let the gov't manage it.

Yes, that’s correct! We have LEGAL captive bred Fly River Turtles on the way, this is our second shipment of the first captive bred LEGAL turtles. Cites paperwork is included with your order.
