i think they r beaten up cuz the lady had 4 of them in a tiny lil container
You need to give your surviving gecko a warm water bath, desinfect all the cage furniture and the cage itself with warm soapy water and keep your gecko in a sterile cage with paper towels as substrate and some plastic plants to hide. Give him twice a day warm baths untill the mites are all washed up. Im however afraid your gecko will be completly stressed out and may die
