Figured I would post my project here to see if i gain any interest. Maybe get some FW guys to consider the same project if they havent already.

Let me know what you guys think. If you have any questions let me know.

First off, its a 90 gallon pre-drilled Aqueon tank with a 45ish gallon custom acrylic sump.

Started off using white eggcrate. Cut and zip-tied all the pieces together. Bought base rock, drilled the rock and zip-tied it to the eggcrate. Picked up about 4 cans of Touch N Foam "Landscape" spray foam to fill in the rest. Purchased BSI (Bob Smith Industries) 20 minute cure Epoxy to attach sand to the dried foam.

I have extra epoxy also if anyone decides to give this a try.

Thanks man, took me long enough. I think im on month 5 or 6 from idea to planning to actually getting it off the ground to now.

You know as well as I do that it's better to plan and get it done right then to rush it. and end up with something half @$$ed.

Yup, thats what happend with my first 75 gallon build. Pretty much ended up with a tank of rocks and water with no attraction at all.... Definately dont miss that setup.

that is very cool! Great job :)
