I just got the new Hikari jumbo carnivore sticks. My fish love it, p-bass, aro, pikes and misc CA
Do these float or sink?

they float, just a bigger version of the regular hikari sticks
I may try them but my dat snaps up the sinking pellets as they get near him.

if you want sinkers try the massivore or sinking carnivore (smaller) pellets both by hikari

Got a question... My dats range from 2.5-4" and trying to convert them to pellets. What is the longest i could starve them or should i wait till they get alittle bigger? Currently they only will accept frozen bloodworms... thanks!

I have 3 medim sized/large Dats.

One of them loves Massivore sinking. The other 2 don't.

Advantage is that these two eat whatever I feed them directly with prongs, be it mussel, squid, etc....

Once they got used to the prongs it is much easier to feed them, taking into account their huge and robbing neighbours.

because i've already tried to feed them strictly sinking carnivores. All they do look at it and then swim away and that went on for 5 maybe 6 days till finally gave in n feed them their bloodworms.

Why don't you try market shrimp? IRS cheaper than blood worms and beter
