Question! Crawfish..... where do you guys get them? I've seen some at the LFS but aren't those like $4 ea! Does the grocery store carry live crawfish?

I just get mine from LFS. They are usually around a buck a piece.

i would sugguest you remove half of the shell on the muscle or clam and let the puffer eat the meat from the other half...then later on remove the left overs of the shell

check out your local china town or asian market, they are usually much cheaper there.

I have found that my Fahaka really like Whole Cockle which I found in my LFS freezer section. I was told it is basically frozen snails which have been removed from the shells. Cheaper and more convenient than always buying live food

Do you always do that, or just part of the time? I was told to offer foods with shells often to keep their teeth worn down.

ya but don't keep the shell in there to long just because i'm assuming the shell might rot
