I buy all the 'LFS foods' in bulk which makes it cheaper, buy it with intent to last you a few months atleast then you can start knocking the price down, by doing deals with the seller.
in the freezer i have 5 kg of bloodworm, krill, brine shrimp, lancefish, crab sticks, cockles, mussels and whole prawns about 10kg of peeled pranwns, and few kilo of squif and diced beef heart.
In total it cost around £300 but it will last me the best part of 1 year.
