Looks like Snausages dog treats.
It's probably okay for fish though it looks like it may color the water,check the ingredients and compare with fish pellets.

Looks like the sera reptil Professional Carnivor food? Is this a floating product, if so that may present some issues since not all polys come to the surface to feed.

The food is designed for reptiles, especially when I found this description: “The optimal calcium vs. phosphorus ratio is the basis for healthy bone and shell growth.”
