Food for young bichir

So far i got the bichirs on Hikari Carnivore Pellets. They really like it!
Problem is: They are not that hyped when i feed other food like cut Tilapia.
So what happens is all my bushfish steal the tilapia because the bichir are just to slow.
The bushfish dont really care about the Pellets.
Is it a good idea to mainly feed my bichir the Hikari pellets?
Is it healthy to mainly feed pellets?

Ok thx because i thought there is much „dump“ in these Pellets.
