today I was watching 'Dinner Impossible" with Chef Robert Irvine and his challenge was to cook a bunch of exotic foods from around the world in a ship yard, no ovens nothing.
anyways, there were big Pacu that he was cooking (cooked the ribs and took the meat off the bones served with a spicy sauce) and big Tiger Shovelnose cats as well.
he seasoned them with garlic, lime juice and spices and grilled them.
