Is there a way to safely add nutrients/vitamins to, say, raw shrimp or tilapia filets?

I can't tell you how I got 20.35%... Doing it now I get 18.5%... must have hit a wrong key?

21g protein per serving.

You can do it two ways... divide 113 by 21 (which equals 5.38), and divide 100 by that number. Or you can just divide 21 by 113 and move the decimal over two places.





I'm a little rusty with this kind of stuff, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong (which could very well be the case).
