Not really! :grinno: I still remember just 2 years ago, people were screaming and scolding at me for putting three Armatus together, or together with other fish, saying it can't be done, unless I have a huge, gigantic tank; only one person done it so far, but he has a huge tank, blah, blah, blah... Guess what happens now? May be, HKN was a bit excited for calling the "expert" out :grinno:, but what he do is definitely MFKing! :headbang2 No pain, no gain! No guts, no monster! :headbang2 No monsters, no glory! :headbang2 No guts, no glory! :headbang2 We should learn from each other, whether it's right or a mistake (we can learn from a mistake, too, can't we?) There gotta be a pioneer, or thing won't move forward, evolve, or change! :grinno: There's no need to criticize other (well unless jealousy take a big toll that you can't hold your pipe hole!) It's very simple to click on a "back" (or "reverse") button, sit back and watch the progress. It may be done (then you can go out and buy an Amaira and put it with your fancy gold fish since you don't have the balls to do it in the first thing ), or it can't be done (then you can PM, or post to HKN and said "I told you so!" "In your face!" etc.....) Each individual has different personality. If you're scare, affraid, narrow mind, worry for your fish more, don't want to risk your spent money, whatever.... it's YOU, but you can't expect the other possesses that same trait! :grinno: Santa dropped me a 500-gal setup last week, and I still don't have the time to set it up :D (well that's just for bragging to some of those jealousy people!!!:ROFL::ROFL:) Really, Monsterfishkeepers.com is the best site I've been on so far. I've learned a lot from this site, from thing that some of you called "drama!" My point of view has changed a lot too. Before I joined MFK.com, 135-gal tank is huge to me. Since I'm here, 500-gal tank is my smaller tank! :headbang2:D Happy holidays y'all MFKers! :)

Thanks for your kindness, bro! Merry X-mas to you and your love ones, too! :)

P/s: Santa was going to give you that tank, but since you keep fondling his reindeers, he's pissed off, and sent it to me, instead!:ROFL::ROFL: May be next year for you ;)

I think it will work because he added all the fish at the same time. It would be a different story if he had the wolf in the tank by itself for several months and then added the fish in. It also depends on the fish itself. Just like many other animals/people some are nicer than others.

This is crazy, there has been so many dumb statements that this thread is actually humerous.
What is this about ungrooved or grooved? Is this another way of saying to someone how lowly they are and therefore trying to embarass them enough that they wont ome back?!?!?!
Also the OP said that anybody will kill fish somewhere along the line... this is stupid! our job as a fish forum is to try to AVOID killing fish.
Also why try this with expensive fish and Azuls?
Cramming fish into aquariums will not let fish thrive but survive... PLEASE PEOPLE let your fish have the room they deserve

Wow! All I can say is that this site has a bunch of nut swingers. With a big enough tank you can keep any fish you want together. Space is the main constraint in this hobby. Please use some logic here guys. Why are you "stuffing" highly predatory fish with fish that's not in the same caliber? The predatory fish my play nice until it's natural instinct kicks in and one day you will find dead fish because prey fish will have no place to run/hide.

A weeks worth is hardly an accomplishment of any degree compare to years. At this point you have not proven anything except that you are too quick with your emotions.

To experiment or not one have to take into consideration that we are still "playing" with lives here. Don't throw out your wealth to justify what you are doing. It's very immature.

Personally i've done enough experimental co-habitations to know 95% of them fail. Until i can get a tank thats 1000+ gallons I will not try to attempt force co-habitation of unequal caliber fish.
