For: Dallas Cowboys fans

In major sports it is hard to find teams like the Cowboys, they make the league better when they are winning. Why? Because the fans go nuts, and the haters come out of the wood works… Lakers, Yankees… both have the same effect.

Where is the Baltimore thread? Another perennial choke job… Heaven forbid I call the Colts a choke waiting to happen but facts are facts….1 ring and how many times to choke in the playoffs? How many playoff wins for the greatest QB of all time? Hate A-Rod? You should hate Peyton, 100% more hype and they have the same number of championships and greatness = championships. Blah… How about Philly? San Diego? All are perennial Super Bowl picks, all do great in the regular season and all choke. If you listen to TO, Dun-i-van is the greatest choke of all time.

Cowboys were a much improved team this year, yes they are better without TO, Pacman and the other misfits they ran out during the offseason. Look at Cincy you will find a lot of them hanging out there (wonder where that choke came from?).

It is easy to hate, but it takes talent to be a storied franchise and hated by half and loved by the others.

Grew up a Cowboys fan but find it hard to stomach a lot of the moves over the past 15 years. Jerry may be the best owner in NFL history but is the worst GM. Now I am just a football fan. Watch every game...every week.

No real affilation, but love watching the drama.

WOW a whole thread for the cowboys. I'm a Dallas fan, been a fan since the 3rd grade

as mentioned above, i find it very ammusing that the whole county loves to hate the dallas cowboys. i never understood it. no matter what is going or what time of year it is, there is always hating on dallas. and whether theyre doing good or bad, theyre always in the spotlight. i guess they all cant be the DALLAS COWBOYS

so lemme ask you, what's your team and how did they do this year? unless youre a bandwagon whore going from one winning team to the next, chances are pretty good that your team sucked this year and didnt even make it to the playoffs. lots of people say, who cares if you made it to the playoffs, you didnt win the superbowl. true, but this is a load of bullcrap. a good way to measure a team's worth and respectability is if they even have what it takes to make it to the playoffs. only 1 team can win the superbowl, and it's not always gonna be your team. look at the raiders. nobody sucks as consistently as they have for the past decades but you still have die-hard fans and nobody is hating on them

with that, i think Dallas played a pitiful game against the Vikings. they played like crap and thats why they go home as losers. oh well, better luck next year. ive always loved Favre and the Vikings deserved to win. i hope Vikings go all the way because i hate the manning brothers

and about the late 4th quarter touchdown, its a game and the clock's still running. props to Favre for not taking a knee like all the other teams and playing his heart out to the end. THAT is what a playoff game should be. i can only wish Dallas would continue to try and score when theyre about to win a game. pisses me off when they just "give up" when theyre in the lead.

and lastly, its just a sport and at the end of the day its about fun, remember what that is? you guys shouldnt get your panties in a knot every sunday over the COWBOYS.

I'm not even a football fan. Just happened to watched that Viking masterpiece of a game.

I just don't like teams that give up and complain that the winning team is bad for doing what Professionals are expected to do which is to perform from start to finish.

I would have no problem with the remaining teams except for, maybe, the Jets which squeaked into the playoffs and their last two wins seems to be fixed by the mob... lol.
