I cant pick just ONE item but Grits-a-ya-ya from The Fish House in Pensacola is damn fine. Smoked Gouda Cheese grits, with blackened shrimp and sweet potato crunchies and portabella mushrooms gets the job done pretty well.

Really? Well, you might want to try it someday...lots of good food, the waiters are very professional IMO
