please don't say 10 gallon, please don't, there have been too any of these kind of threads lately...

Iv'e never seen full grown Tems so take what you read at that...

I would assume given the proper conditions they would grow at a pretty equal rate to other Peacocks.

so 3 x 4" growing at 2 inches a month...

within six months they will probably need 125g or bigger, within a year to 18 months 250-300g, for life a 450g...

Sorry, was really tired when i wrote this, it's a 100g (150cm x 50cm x 55cm)
Was just wondering when i should move them in a 250g.
Hmm 2 inches a month, i had Tems for 2 months ago (eaten by RTC) got them at 4", doubled their size in a month, i kept them REALLY fat!
Should i be able to have them in the tank, for 4-5 months, with aggressive water changes.

bump, 76 views and no more answers, i need to know this!

I have seen 2" a month with tems, but not really with other pbass. Good feeding has to be accompanied with large water changes. 100g would be pushing it for 4 months.

The bigger the tank that you start out with, the faster they will grow and the healthier they will be. Keyword... HEALTHY
