to bad i cant afford an inverter lol,want one tho
and actually i have a gen at my parents
it will run the fridge and freezer and fans
i have 2 batt pumps about to have 3
hopefully the power isnt out long
if i do bring the gen over i might hook my power pumps up tho

I would recommend you do partial water changes and thoroughly clean the filters before it hits. Don't feed your fish tomorrow, get more than enough batteries to run your air pumps, and you'll be fine. If you are really worried, buy some Zeolite (ammonia removing resin) and use it in tandem with the air pumps.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how hardy your fish will be. I usually joke that they can go longer without power than we can go without air conditioning

im caught up on wc for once so thats good lol
