Yeah, I love Metallica but I think 88' was there peak, And Justice for All, Kill'em All, and Ride The Lightning. There new stuff kinda sucks... Oh wait Master of Puppets was awesome Orino is the sh*t, and that came out in 99'. So I take it back 99' was there peak.

Hahhaha actually this is my desktop! I thought it was freaking hilarious, its from that song Madly In Anger With You, don't like the song but the face is priceless.

Fabulous pics! Metallica is one of my all-time favorite bands! I remember listening to them back when Master of Puppets came out. Wish I could've made the concert when they came to Atlanta!

umm no. Master of puppets came out in '86 it was their third album, the one before And justice for all.

It defintely was their magnum opus

I saw them last november my first concert i ever went to and my dad (who is an avid classic rock(likes some metal too but not alot) fan and has been to probably over 200 shows) said they put on an awesome show that he really enjoyed it as well.

Everything after the Black album went downhill IMO, Lucky for me they didn't play anything after the Black album except their new album Death Magnetic (which really has returned to their roots).

Oooops my bad!!! I have no idea what I was thinking

Looks like it was a blast.
My brother in law managed to get one of hetfields plecs when he threw it away. He has it laminated in between 2 acrylic blocks with the gig ticket on his mantle. He has even got my wife into them so I got her an autographed guitar last christmas, she said it means I can screw up for the next 20 years and get away with it.

Nice! Bet it was awesome :headbang2:cool-1:

thanks guy's..concert sure was awesome..they had very good set list..they played ORION which i understand was last played live in 2007...
when they played ONE followed by MASTER the whole place just when nut's!!

this was my very 1st concert that i've been to and i'am glad that it was METALLICA..oh and it was my 10yr old son and me that when to the concert..pretty sure he would have been the youngest one there..James Hetfield even made eye contact with him and gave him the wink!!
