I'll have a lucid dream maybe once a fortnight, but I'll have another 5 or so very vivid dreams in the meantime. It'll take me until lunchtime or so to fully remember the dreams and they'll still be patchy memories - within the first few minutes of waking up I'll remember everything, forget it and not be able to remember for hours.
I can also dream the same dream several times over and even over a 6-8 month timeframe, and I mean 3-4 months apart in that timeframe.
Its certainly a very weird experience to say the least to have partial control over a dream, and its not as if I have total control of everything like my surroundings or the situation (sometimes), but I have full control of myself and the reactions from others to what I'm doing.
I've recreated entire scenes from my life, realised it was dejavu, then realised it was a dream, then completely changed the outcome.... Created entirely fabricated situations (as you do in a dream) and had control of them.. hmmm.. pretty bad when I lay in bed for hours before going to sleep as well, its 2am local time here lol.
I'm only 21, I think I need less hormones, more study, more work and more sport so my mind is ready to sleep when my body is
