and now i scanned it back to my comp on microsoft word
and now i am stuck!

when you hit the Prt Scr button it puts the image into the clipboard. Open up your graphics program of choice, MSPaint, Photoshop etc, and then create a new document, right click>paste or ctrl+v to paste it. Crop the pic if you want to get rid of all the extra stuff on your screen and then save it as a jpg/png/gif file.
