Ok this is what happened. I woke up and I was like I need to make some money.
So I called the local store and I told them that I want to sell or trade my fishes, and he said yah he could help me.
I drove two hours to the store on the Houston heat and traffic. When I got there my fishes were stress out and I was like man at least they will get a better home and I m getting pay........................well thats what I tought.
The guy stared to b.s, he told me in total he could only give me $18 cash or $22 store credit. I wanted to say no, but I no longer had gas money and my fishes wouldnt make the trip back.
So with the store credit I got, 1 Small bichir, 1 small Frontosa, 1 Bolivian Ram
But this is what I gave up
2 Oscars, 10 to 11in
15 Baby Red Zebras
4 African Cichlids
2 Convicts

So you tell me was it worth it? I feel like I just sold my soul, but I guess at least I have alot more space the current fishes I have.
(now my two oscars are confined to a even smaller tank each, I believe the tanks werent bigger than 15 gns) If they still there till next week I will buy them back!

Yeah, I be baffled as well. Tradin to LFS sucks....don't do it...haha. You just get ripped off, and the LFS make more money off of your fish. Its stupid. PLUS they don't hardly EVER give cash...its always STORE CREDIT so you HAVE to buy something from their store. You live in Texas...next time look up some other members......you'll get more for your fishies, get to meet a member, and have stories to tell aside from gettin raped!

Well When I was goin there my tank was goin on low so I was driving as slow as possible, thinking that when I get there I was gonna get some money. By the time I got there I didnt have any gas and the guy wasnt goin to pay what I tought I deserved for the fish, so I got $ 22 of store credit. when I went to cash in, I asked him out of the 22 to give me $5 bucks so I can put some gas. So in total I was only able to get $17 worth of fish.

But thats ok I get paid the end of this week and I m going back there, If he still have my oscars I will buy it back.

I just wanted to get money out of it, but it didnt happened that way, but either way they were getting to big for my tank, and everyone says I need to step up on my fishes and thats y I got a frontosa and a bichir.

*I personaly know one member here. he was the one that gave me the Blueguils and has the most beautiful Flowerhorn I ever seen. can you guess who is he?

awww First I have to forgive myself. thats the difference between a bichir and a snake head, is it just me or they kinda look alike?

I did but the guy I talked on the phone wasnt the same guy who gave me the deal. When I got there the employee had left and I was stuck with the store owner.
