Forgot Bagged Fish

Last night I bought 3 female golden wonder killis. I took them home and floated them and watch a room-mate play a video game. The game (or the way he played) put me to sleep and I woke up the next day with the fish still in the bag.

Lucky for me there were no fatalities


Has anyone else done this before?

I've done this with feeders before. Unlike your luck, mine didn't survive LOL

i've done it with shrimp. None suffocated, but a few were cannibalized

I am glad to see some others have done this. I always feel ashamed for the way I handle my fish compare to some of the more vocal people in MFK.

cant say that i have im always to excited when i get new fish lol so no ive never done that but glad to hear they all made it!

lol i did it for two days with a guppy and maraculously it was still alive! it cannibalized the other one for food and i was surprised it didnt suffocate tho. it was the 2nd fish i ever got. not a good start lol

Haha... I came real close to leaving a bag of fish in the parking ramp near my dorm about a month ago. I walked out of the ramp, and me and my buddy looked at each other and we were like... son of a *****! WE FORGOT THE FISH!! Nice fish, too... celebese rainbows. They survived but that was because I only forgot about them for like 4-5 minutes...
